What counts as one lookup?
One keyword, competitor or backlink request returns up to 100 results and uses one lookup from that feature's monthly limit.
How are tracked keywords checked?
Each tracked keyword is checked once a day against the top 100 Google results, so you can follow its position over the month.
Do unused limits carry over?
No. Every limit resets at the start of each billing month.
What are AI visibility queries?
They show where your brand or domain is mentioned in AI-generated answers. Each query returns up to 100 mentions.
How are app store rankings and reviews tracked?
Each tracked keyword is checked daily against the top 100 results in the App Store or Google Play. For apps with review alerts, new reviews are pulled daily and you are emailed about 1 and 2 star ones.
What is an AI answer check?
One question about your product or market, asked to ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini and Perplexity at once, so you can see what each one says and whether it mentions you.
How do I connect Search Console and Analytics?
Sign in with Google and approve read-only access. Your real clicks, impressions, queries and visitors then appear next to your rankings. We never change anything in your Google accounts.
How does website monitoring work?
Each monitored website is checked every 15 minutes, along with its domain health (certificate, DNSSEC, domain expiry) and Core Web Vitals. You are emailed when something needs attention.
